A: Our fabrics are mainly used for activewear, sportswear, swimwear, underwear, t-shirts, baby clothes, and intimate wear.

Q: Is it possible to get a free sample from you?
A: Yes, we offer free samples up to 1 yard. However, the cost of shipping or pick-up should be borne by the customer.

Q: Can I request for customized colors?
A: Absolutely. We can create fabrics in any Pantone color of your choice. Simply provide the relevant Pantone code or send us your original color swatches for making a counter lab dip sample for your approval before ordering.

Q: How quickly can you deliver bulk orders?
A: Thanks to our own knitting and dyeing mill, we offer a quick delivery turnaround time of 5-15 days after the lab dip is approved.

Q: What is the process for placing an order?
A: To place an order, first inform us which fabric you're interested in or if you want to develop a new one. Then, we'll send you a counter sample for approval and an offer. Once the sample is approved, we'll issue a sales contract to you via email.

Q: What are your current trading terms?
A: We currently offer EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF trading terms which are negotiable.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T and L/C payment terms, which are also negotiable.
